Neuropan Ingredients Explained: Passionflower, Marshmallow Root, Corydalis, Prickly Pear & California Poppy
Understanding what's actually inside a supplement is one of the most important steps before you buy it. Neuropan is formulated around five named botanicals, and in this article we'll walk through each one, what it traditionally offers, and why it's part of the formula. For the full ingredient summary, you can also visit our dedicated Neuropan Ingredients page.
Passionflower Extract
Passionflower is a climbing vine with a long history of traditional use as a calming botanical. It's one of the two ingredients in Neuropan most closely associated with comfort and calm, alongside California Poppy. Passionflower may have sedating properties, so it's worth discussing with your healthcare provider if you take medication.
Marshmallow Root
Marshmallow Root comes from the Althaea officinalis plant and is traditionally valued for its soothing, mucilage-rich profile. In the Neuropan formula, it works alongside Prickly Pear to round out the circulatory and soothing side of the formula.
Corydalis
Corydalis has a long history in traditional herbal practices, often associated with nerve comfort specifically. It's one of the more distinctive botanicals in the Neuropan formula, and part of why we built this formula around named ingredients rather than a vague blend.
Prickly Pear (Nopal)
Prickly Pear, also known as Nopal, is a cactus used both as food and in traditional herbal preparations. It contributes fiber and naturally occurring plant compounds, and is included in Neuropan for its traditional association with circulatory wellness.
California Poppy
California Poppy is a flowering plant traditionally associated with calming support. Together with Passionflower, it forms the calming core of the Neuropan formula.
Why Five Ingredients, Not Fifteen
We intentionally kept the Neuropan formula focused on five named botanicals instead of stuffing the capsule with dozens of ingredients in tiny, ineffective amounts. This keeps the formula simple to understand — you can read about each ingredient individually rather than trying to decode a long, unlabeled blend.
A Note On Amounts And Safety
This article explains the traditional role of each botanical, not exact dosing. Always check the Supplement Facts panel on your physical Neuropan bottle for serving size and amount per capsule, and talk to a healthcare professional before starting Neuropan if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
